Second fable. Woman’s age.

A little girl asks her Mum:
– How can I be a grown up like you as quick as I can ? I want it to happen, now!
– No rush, honey. All in its own time.

A young woman asks an aging woman:
– How old are you?
– Forty eight!
“Well, fine,” she says and thinks: “It’s scary to grow old!” An older woman thinks: “And I was scared too! But how to explain that with age comes freedom?”

She looks at her grandma and thinks: “It’s probably boring for her to live, it’s already hard for her to travel and she’s at home all day.”
“No,” grandma thinks, “I’m not bored. I have a whole life in my mind and I feel like a little girl, who no longer wants to grow up ”.
